How your documents are handled.
Your vendor agreements name your suppliers, your rates and your obligations. This page states what happens to them, in plain terms, with nothing implied that isn't true.
What we do
- Documents are encrypted at rest and in transit.
- One folder per customer; nothing is commingled.
- Access is limited to the customer's own account.
- Contract text is processed by Anthropic's API; it is not used to train their models and is not retained beyond processing.
- Every date cites the clause and page it came from.
- Data is deleted on written request within 30 days, confirmed in writing.
- Ergo Sites LLC carries Errors & Omissions and cyber liability insurance.

Are our contracts being put into AI?
Yes, and here's exactly how. The text of your agreements is sent to Anthropic's API for analysis. It isn't used to train their models and isn't retained beyond processing. We'll send you their data policy on request. If your policy prohibits third-party AI processing, tell us before you upload anything.
Deletion
Email ergoky@ergodominion.com and ask for your data to be deleted. It is deleted within 30 days of the request, and we confirm the deletion to you in writing. You don't have to give a reason, and you don't have to be leaving.
What we don't claim
No certifications we haven't earned, and no security language chosen because it sounds impressive. If your procurement process requires a formal third-party audit of a vendor, ask us and we'll tell you exactly what we do and don't have rather than implying otherwise.
