Vendor contract renewals · El Paso, Texas

Nothing should renew without a decision.

Argus reads your vendor contracts and tells you every renewal deadline, how long the notice window is, and exactly who notice has to go to. Before the window closes, not after.

Free tier tracks 3 agreements. Onboarding included in every paid plan.

The problem

The renewal isn't the surprise. The deadline is.

01

The window closes early

Most vendor agreements renew themselves. The deadline to stop that is 60 to 90 days before the contract ends — so by the time an expiry date shows up on anyone's calendar, it's already too late.

02

Business days aren't calendar days

“Sixty business days” is about eighty-four calendar days. Read it as sixty and your notice arrives three weeks late, which is the same as not sending it.

03

Nobody owns the job

Vendor contracts sit between finance, operations and whoever signed them. Everyone assumes someone else is watching the dates.

How it works

Three steps, and then it runs without you.

  1. Upload your agreements

Drag in your contracts — PDFs, Word files, even photographs of paper. Include amendments; they move deadlines.

  2. Argus reads every one

It finds the term, the renewal type, the notice period and how notice must be delivered. Every date is quoted from the clause it came from, with a page number.

  3. You hear about it before the window opens

A digest arrives on the day you choose, to whoever needs it, whether or not anyone signs in.

What you get

A docket, not a dashboard.

A docket you can act on

Everything sorted by what needs deciding first, not by filing date.

Draft notice letters

Addressed to the person the contract names, in the delivery method it requires. Edit it, send it.

Terms worth renegotiating

Auto-renewals with long notice windows, built-in price increases, agreements with no early exit — flagged with what to ask for.

Honest gaps

When a contract doesn't clearly state a notice period, Argus says so instead of guessing. Those flags are the most trustworthy thing in the report.

Pricing

Three tiers. Onboarding included either way.

Every plan includes the first full pass over your back catalogue. There is no plan without it.

Questions

What people ask first.

Who reads our contracts?

Nobody at Ergo Sites LLC does. You upload your own agreements and the software analyses them. Every date Argus reports is quoted from the clause it came from, with a page number, so you can check it against your own copy.

Are our contracts being put into AI?

Yes, and here's exactly how. The text of your agreements is sent to Anthropic's API for analysis. It isn't used to train their models and isn't retained beyond processing. We'll send you their data policy on request. If your policy prohibits third-party AI processing, tell us before you upload anything.

What does the free tier include?

The free tier tracks 3 agreements. Paid plans start with Starter, which covers 0–50 contracts and includes onboarding — see pricing.

What happens when a contract doesn't state a notice period?

Argus flags it for you instead of filling in the most common answer. A flag costs you a look at one page. A guessed date costs you the renewal.

What files can Argus read?

PDFs, Word files and photographs or scans of paper. Include amendments — they move deadlines, and an amendment read in isolation is worse than not reading it at all.

Is this legal advice?

No. Argus produces an operational summary of your agreements, not legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created. Verify any date against your own copy before giving notice.
