Onboarding is included in every plan.
Three tiers, set by how many contracts you have. Each one is sold two ways: pay in full for onboarding and the first year, or pay onboarding up front and the rest monthly.

What onboarding covers
Your first pass is the big one. Years of agreements, signed by different people at different sites, read in a single run — that is a different job from watching a handful of new contracts each month, and it is what the onboarding fee pays for.
- Your entire back catalogue analyzed, however many years deep it goes
- Every renewal date, notice window and delivery method extracted
- Every date cited to the clause and page it came from, so you can check it
- Anything the contract doesn't clearly state is flagged for you rather than guessed at
- The finished docket, ready to send or act on
Charged once, at the start. From then on the subscription simply keeps it current.

About the fees.
Why is there an onboarding fee?
The first pass is a different job from the monthly one. It covers every agreement you already have, however many years deep the file goes, read in a single run. The subscription that follows only has to keep that current.
Is onboarding ever charged again?
No. There is no second onboarding fee, ever — not at renewal, not when you move up a tier.
What happens after the first 12 months if I pay in full?
It continues at the monthly rate for your tier: $100 a month on Starter, $250 on Growth, $500 on Pro.
Can I subscribe without onboarding?
No. Onboarding is included in both payment routes because the monthly service depends on it — watching new contracts is only useful once the existing ones are read.
What if my contract count crosses into the next tier?
Tell us and we'll move you to the tier that matches your count at that tier's monthly rate. No second onboarding fee.
What does the free tier include?
It tracks 3 agreements: the same extraction, the same clause and page citations, the same digest. It does not include an onboarding pass over a back catalogue.
Are our contracts being put into AI?
Yes, and here's exactly how. The text of your agreements is sent to Anthropic's API for analysis. It isn't used to train their models and isn't retained beyond processing. We'll send you their data policy on request. If your policy prohibits third-party AI processing, tell us before you upload anything.
